“It’s All Good” emerged from a desire to be a positive role model for my family as we navigated the complexities of Autism Spectrum Disorder. This journey led to a profound realization that I could think more positively and walk with resilience and optimism instead of negativity when I became overwhelmed. Being positive has become a core part of who I am; creating transformation. Even if it is not all good today, I always believe tomorrow will be brighter. Numerous studies are hailing the benefits of positivity. This daily mantra, along with unconditional love, is a source of strength, enriches our family’s health, and results in progress and more harmony.
We understand that the challenges of meeting our children’s intricate daily needs compounded by our own needs can cause negative psychological stress. Especially when a person faces continuous pressure with no outlet for relaxation. Developing tools to counteract the negative consequences on your psyche is crucial for a more peaceful existence.
The impact has been noticeable and heartwarming, as more and more family members and friends choose to communicate by saying with a smile, “It is all good!”
This blog reflects my journey and is a resource for parents seeking a different way to infuse their lives with a similar spirit of positivity. As you develop new habits of positivity you will be role modeling regulation and calming tools for your children. This is a beautiful way to support your family.
